As the Pathway Leader for Music Production at Trinity Laban, I bring together my passions for creativity, technology, and education. With a Ph.D. in Sound and Vibrations, I have built a career that spans music composition, software engineering, production, and entrepreneurship.

In parallel with my music career, I've worked as a software developer on award-winning apps like The Elements, The Liszt Sonata in B Minor, and Leonardo da Vinci, merging artistic creativity with technological innovation.

I'm also the founder and CEO of One In A Billion Applications, where I create tools that inspire and support the next generation of music creatives.

Music Biography

A career spanning UK chart hits, major publishing deals, film soundtracks, and collaborations with some of the biggest names in British music.

Tony Briscoe is a music composer, producer, lecturer, and tech entrepreneur based in the UK. He is passionate about music, education, technology, and science, and where they intersect.

With a Ph.D. in Sound and Vibrations, Tony has achieved UK chart success with artists such as Craig David, Beverley Knight, and Artful Dodger, giving rise to songs such as "Re-Rewind" and "Shoulda Woulda Coulda". He also composed and produced the top 20 hit "Ring Ring Ring" by Aaron Soul, which was selected for the soundtrack of the Universal motion picture Bridget Jones's Diary.

Amongst many other projects, Tony composed music for the David Attenborough TV series Life in Cold Blood (Under The Skin), signed publishing deals with BMG, Sony ATV, and Peer Music, and performed on keyboards at numerous festivals including Glastonbury.
